To reset your password for your client account, log into your client account and go to ‘Profile’ then ‘Password'
If you forgot your password and cant sign in, click the 'Forgotten password link' on the sign in page and an email to reset the password will be sent to your registered mail address.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up with, please contact support and be ready to supply a copy of your ID and a selfie to to verify you are the account holder.
